What is a DISPRO screen protector made of?
Our screen protectors are made of flexible TPU. So it's not glass. TPU fits tightly to the display, is scratch-resistant and can self-heal small everyday scratches with heat.
What is the difference between Matte and Clear?
Matte Anti-Fingerprint reduces reflections and fingerprints by up to 90%. Clear retains the screen's original gloss and maximum color clarity.
How do I know which screen protector fits my car?
Search by brand and model or use the license plate check. Always check the model year, screen size and shape of your display. In doubt? Send us a front-facing photo of the screen.
Can you make a custom screen protector?
Yes. Send us the exact width and height in millimeters, a clear front-facing photo and, if needed, a sketch of buttons or cut-outs. Then we can make the screen protector to measure for you.
Will the touchscreen keep working normally?
Yes. The film is thin and designed for touchscreens. The display's operation and responsiveness are fully retained.

Installation and maintenance
How do I install the screen protector?
Clean the screen completely and make it grease-free. Apply the film wet, position it and firmly squeegee the moisture outwards. Always watch our instruction video before installing.
Can I install a large screen protector myself?
For longer and wider screens, such as the BMW 3 Series from 2025 onwards, we recommend installing the screen protector with two people. Due to the large span it is harder to position the film properly and apply it evenly on your own.
For the best result you can also have the installation done by one of our installation partners.
Can I reapply the screen protector?
Yes, as long as the screen protector has not fully dried yet, you can carefully lift and reposition it. Keep in mind that reapplying can affect the end result. Therefore only judge the screen protector after 24 to 48 hours, so any remaining moisture can fully evaporate and the screen protector can bond optimally.
How long does it take for the screen protector to dry?
The screen protector is usually completely dry within 24 to 48 hours. At lower temperatures or higher humidity this can take a bit longer. Only judge the end result after this period.
Are air bubbles or moisture spots normal after installation?
Yes. Small moisture spots or a light haze can remain visible after a wet installation. This normally clears within 24–48 hours. In cold weather it can take a bit longer.
Can I remove the screen protector again?
Yes. The film can be carefully removed without leaving adhesive residue. We don't recommend reapplying a used film.
How do I clean the screen protector?
Use a soft microfiber cloth, slightly damp if needed. Avoid abrasive products, hard brushes and aggressive cleaners.

Ordering and service
When will my order be shipped?
Order before 23:59 and your order will normally ship the next business day. As soon as your package is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation.
My package hasn't been delivered yet. What can I do?
First check the tracking and ask your neighbours whether the package was delivered there. Does the shipment say 'Delivered' but you have not received anything? Check with your neighbours first. Is delivery taking longer than expected while you still see tracking updates? Then it is usually an internal delay at the carrier and the package is normally still delivered. If the shipment stays stuck or you receive no updates for a longer period, contact us at info@dispro.eu stating your order number. We will start an investigation with the carrier and are happy to help.
I ordered the wrong model. What now?
Contact us before using the film. Include your order number and a front-facing photo of your display, and we'll figure out which version you need.
Important information
The installation of a DISPRO screen protector is carried out at the user's own responsibility. Always carefully follow the included installation instructions. DISPRO is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, incorrect use or failure to follow the instructions. Should DISPRO be liable in an exceptional case, any compensation is limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the product concerned.
How does the warranty work?
Every DISPRO screen protector comes with a 10-year warranty on material and production defects. Something wrong with your order? Email info@dispro.eu with your order number and a clear photo. We'll always look into it with you and arrange a suitable solution where needed.
Can I return my order?
An unused standard screen protector can be returned within 14 days. Products that are custom-made cannot be returned. Always contact us first.
