To report a damaged product please contact us with your order number.
Can I change my order after ordering?
Please contact our customer support team via info@dispro.eu if you have any questions about your order or would like to request changes.
Would you like to make a change more than 6 days after the original order date? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has entered production, changes may not always be possible. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Depending on the requested change, additional costs may apply.

We ship anywhere in Europe.
How much do we charge for shipping?
Shipping costs:
Within the Netherlands: €3.95 • Free shipping from €45
Within Europe: €5.95 • Free shipping from €55
What if my order is delayed?
Orders may occasionally experience unforeseen delays. We always do our very best to keep you informed throughout the process.

How do I see the status of my order?
Split Shipping Options:
If your order includes products that are custom or pre-ordered, we normally ship your items when they are in stock. This reduces your shipping costs and ensures that all your items are delivered together. Would you like to receive part of your order earlier? We are happy to arrange split shipping, with shipping costs applied to each shipment. Please contact our logistics team for more details on split shipping.
Delivery time:
Delivery time from production to arrival at our warehouse is typically between 2 to 7 days. Pre-orders of products already in production or en route to our warehouse may result in a shorter delivery time, making orders ready for shipment sooner than expected. You will receive email notifications for each stage of the ordering process so that you are always aware of the most current status of your order.
Product care
Do deep scratches also heal?
The film is specially designed to repair minor surface scratches by heat. This applies to minor scratches, such as those caused by keys, coins, gravel, or wire. Unfortunately, severe or deep scratches will not recover on their own.
Is there anything I need to pay attention to during installation?
No, installation is really simple and quick. We recommend watching our instructional video and following our steps for best results. Be sure to use plenty of mounting fluid during installation.
Is your model not offered?
If your model is not offered, please feel free to contact us. We are constantly expanding our product line and may be able to provide a solution for your specific device. Please email us with the details of your model, and our team will see what we can do for you.
Terms
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy Displayprotection
Conditions for Returns:
Return Period: Returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Product: Product must be in original condition and undamaged. Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.
Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging.
Return Process:
Notification: Send us an email at info@displayprotection.nl with your order number and reason for return.
Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.
Refund: Once we have received and verified your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.Return
Cost: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged or misdelivered.
Please note: Custom or customized products are not eligible for return.

What is covered under the warranty?
Manufacturing defects
We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects and meet high quality standards.
Cracking or defects during normal use
If a screen protector cracks, peels, or shows defects during normal use within the warranty period, we will review the situation and work together to find a suitable solution.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
How to submit a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@dispro.eu and include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- clear photos or videos of the product
If necessary, our support team will provide additional instructions.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not apply to:
- damage caused by improper use
- incorrect installation or application
- damage caused during installation
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by external factors or accidents
- intentional damage
- incorrectly cleaned or improperly treated products
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Important
Our screen protectors are custom and usage-sensitive products. Therefore, each warranty request is individually reviewed by our support team.
DISPRO is not liable for damage caused by improper or incorrect use of our products.
Our liability is always limited to the original purchase amount of the product concerned.
DISPRO is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of data, vehicle-related damage, or any other damage resulting from the use of our products.
